Execute predictive maintenance research projects and responsible for pre-study and technology development in the field of Automotive welding equipment engineering, such as industrial robot, server Motor, roller table bearing, welding controller, welding gun.
Responsible to work independently and perform research work according to BIW requirement, assigned to CRC team supporting corporate research between CRC and BIW.
Develop technologies for predictive maintenance system in terms of algorithm, mathematical modeling, analysis and optimization, especially for motor, gear box, bearing etc.
Ensure successful execution and provide excellent technical contribution to research projects.
Good competence in lab testing for feasibility verification, prototyping, and for experimental practical work
Follow up new technologies, have a clear view of technology development trends.
Must have PhD degree (or master degree with 3+ year’s research experience), either majored in mechanical-electricals (or equivalent) with solid background in predictive system development and test.
2-3 years of experience on mathematical modeling research or algorithm experience
Analytical, open minded for new solutions, creative and business oriented thinking
Detail-oriented personality and good communication and presentation skills in English required.
Should be self-motivated, high curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and a team player with high level of initiative for global cooperation and knowledge-sharing.
