JOB DESCRIPTION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities :
Lead the development works of the key component of financial mobile app, including design, development, and development test.
Work closely with Product Manager, UX / UI designers, Server development team and other module teams to deliver a high quality product
Produce the detail design for the module
Supervise the in-house or vendor teams by assigning tasks, review source code, and provide visibility to development manager
Lead the development test and build the dev ops
Provide the prompt and excellent service support as the 3rd level support
Manage development team’s performance and mentor team members with experience and technical knowledge.
Ensure the appropriate documentation to ensure the requirements, architecture and knowledge are documented timely
JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Essential Skills and Abilities
At least 5 years in software development and 3 years particularly in mobile applications on iOS or Android.
Hands-on experience in H5 / JS / CSS, Java / Kotlin, SWIFT / OC, etc.
Strong experience in Angular, React Native, Polymer, etc.
Practical computing related experience : Microservices, Core Java, J2EE, C# / C++, Linux / Windows, Oracle / SQL, Cloud technologies.
Advanced knowledge of JIRA and agile project management methodologies.
Self motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with other technologists at all levels.
Quick learner and ability to quickly grasp and digest large amount of information. Technically-inclined, analytical, meticulous and attentive to details.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with high stress tolerance.
Desired skills and Abilities
Experience of working on Cloud platform (AWS, AZURE or Ali-Cloud)
Financial market / data knowledge and working experience would be advantageous.
