OverallIT management of the Global Services Delivery Center. Collaboratewith business and technology partners to identify GS Delivery Center sitepriorities and solution needs.

Partnerclosely with the GS Global Site Operations team in focus areas including BCPOperations and Strategy, Site Capacity and performance, Employee Experience,Technology Innovation & Automation.

Leadmulti-functional teams to drive solutions that address the GS Delivery Centerneeds. Measureemployee / user experience & adoption of GS and Global Function enterprisetools.

Responsiblefor overall on-time, on-budget and compliant program delivery of site servicecenter systems. Partner& communicate with other GS Delivery Center Leads and Corporate BT GlobalFunction Technology Solution Leads on planning & execution of new / existingcapabilities and site support.

Engagenecessary and appropriate resources across JJT to ensure optimal operations ofthe GS Delivery Center. Engagewith and influence key business partners to identify, prioritize and implementIT initiatives that meet business needs and enable competitive advantage.

Understandand evaluate change requests and ensuring that requirements are properlydocumented and aligned to the strategy Basedon a solid understanding of the overall business strategies and goals &objectives, drive the right level of IT services to be implemented, to ensurebusiness continuity whilst building innovative capabilities to support thefuture growth of the business.

Activelyfind opportunities and make operational decisions that affect experience, cost,quality, efficiencies and seeking the most cost effective operation of the GSDelivery Center & maintaining appropriate levels of business support,compliance and security. Qualifications

  • Expert resource supporting one or moreareas, processes, or technologies around Global Services platforms andtechnologies & site services for capabilities enablement.
  • Excellent multi-functional skills inmultiple technology areas including infrastructure and applications.
  • Domain expertise and experience inDigitization, Service / Employee Experience, Global Business Services functions
  • Experience with Contact Center platforms& solutions (e.g. SalesForce, Genesys), Intelligent Automation (e.g. RoboticProcess Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence) Analytics andother related technologies
  • Strong service orientation, stakeholdermanagement, influencing and communication skills.
  • Strong proponent of change,championing change within and across organizational boundaries as well asprocesses and standards.
