  • Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

  • Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.

  • Be familiar with the residential and hotel products, services and policies & procedures.

  • Handles all external and internal guests’ requests, feedback, complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, Feedback guests’ complaints to any related managers on duty in a prompt manager.
  • 礼貌并有效地处理客人的投诉或询问 将客人投诉立即汇报至任何正在相关的值班经理

  • Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
  • 保持与顾客和同事之间良好的合作关系

  • Ensures that guest history records are accurately managed.

  • Support in other operational tasks or assigned project
  • 支持任何其他运营事项及项目计划

  • Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
