Be familiar with the residential and hotel products, services and policies & procedures.
Handles all external and internal guests’ requests, feedback, complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, Feedback guests’ complaints to any related managers on duty in a prompt manager.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Ensures that guest history records are accurately managed.
Support in other operational tasks or assigned project
Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
