Yourtasks and responsibilities :

  • Performinstallations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all productswithin his / her area of expertise and assisting with other products undersupervision.
  • Communicateand accept all operative advices and requirements from the Customer Care Centerand sub-region.
  • Escalatetechnical incidents to Regional Support Center (RSC) and Regional technicalmanager(RTM) with timely feedback,andreport any customer relative issues to Customer Service Manager(CSM) ofsub-region.
  • Foundpotential business chance and report to Customer Service Manager (CSM) as SCRproject demand.
  • Follow thePSI process during service in time.
  • Ensure theproper use of tool & test equipment and report the usage on any relatedservice report.
  • Comply tonational and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical andoperational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare
  • Perform ascost-effectively as possible for all responsibilities and jobs and takeprofitability into account
  • Maintainhighest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of SiemensHealthcare, Customer Services
  • Support theSERVOR Service process and ensure optimal performance in all process activitiesrelated to within his / her area of responsibility
  • Sr. CSE)Support the new CSE development via Mentor / Mentee project
