Responsible for new business development for key strategic accounts. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships at all levels of our strategic accounts.
Maintain a significant opportunity pipeline to assure success and on-going sales growth at key accounts. Meet or exceed the yearly objectives for key account target by revenue growth through identifying and closing national opportunities by acquisition of new business, new customers, as well as existing accounts and territory assigned.
Prepare accurate sales forecast for regular key account review and monthly reporting. Report the execution progress routinely, effectively and timely.
Continually manage communications with our customers to further strengthen the relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary business contact and work collaboratively with all cross functional departments to ensure efficient and effective support (customer service, pricing, solution etc) and excellent fulfilment of service contract requirements to customers.
Deal with all accounts issues in an efficient manner.
Be self-motivated and a self-starter in addressing all account-related issues expediently and with urgency. Take ownership with client support in matters related to business development and operations.
Display effectiveness in troubleshooting as well as pulling company resources to resolve all client related issues.
Proactively communicate with senior management, deliver valuable insights, solution and sales efforts for key accounts development.
Actively participates and execute on strategic initiatives, industry groups and events, sharing knowledge and the innovative sales & marketing intelligence.
Bachelor Degree with 5 years (or above) of related work experience, with proven key-account development and maintenance tracking records preferred.
Solid understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills in team-collaborative circumstances.
Highly organized with solid time management and strong multi-tasking skills.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.Command or fluency in a third language will be a plus.
Proficient in giving presentations, sometimes in front of a large audience. Display the confidence and deep knowledge necessary to be seen as a subject matter expert.
High proficiency and expert level of use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as CRM software.
High level of intensity, enthusiasm, and professionalism, able to make decisions independently, and to benefit the company.
