Job Description

  • Develop and implement successful sales strategy for responsible region, and set the sales targets for responsible sales team.
  • 为所负责的大区制定销售策略并有效地执行 并给销售团队建立销售目标

  • Develop and propose growth forecasts & sales budgets, and manage sales productivity in line with the sales strategy.
  • 制定销售策略 增长预测及销售预算 并提高销售团队的生产力

  • Guide and support Sales to achieve sales target in responsible sub-region for assigned product lines.
  • 指导和支持销售团队 完成所负责区域内的销售目标

  • Give constant coaching to sales team for capability enhancement, sales team development, motivation and retention.
  • 持续地给予销售指导 负责销售团队的能力提高 发展 激励和留任

  • Develop and maintain close relatioinship with Key Accounts / KOL and healthcare industry related departments / associates in responsible region for long-term business growth.
  • 开发客户并维护客户关系 与核心客户及医疗行业相关的部门和协会保持紧密联系 以实现长期的业务增长

  • Manage Business Partner in responsible region and manage the instrument inventory well
  • 管理负责区域内的业务合作伙伴并有效管理库存

  • Cooperate with cross functional departments, to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • 积极协调跨部门的合作 以确保高水平的客户满意度

  • Manage business proactively in compliance regulations.
  • 主动地按照合规相关规定管理业务

  • Lead and manage cross-modality project in assigned region.
  • 带领和管理所负责区域的跨产品部门的合作项目

  • Other tasks assigned by management
  • 上级安排的其他工作任务
