Title : Sales and Business Development Manager Corporate Gift

Location : Shanghai, China

Reporting to : Wholesale Director

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Montblanc corporate gifting channel overall performance.
  • To achieve monthly, quarterly and annually sales target.
  • To develop and manage the B2B sales network with the purpose of increasing sales in a sustainable and qualitative way.
  • Together with Wholesale Director to develop and update effective strategies on corporate gifting channel in short, medium and long term.
  • Responsible to develop a CRM system to manage the B2B client database.
  • To mentor other Managers from Wholesale Team in preparing their corporate gifting deal in existing distribution network.
  • Closely work with headquarter and local supporting departments for product request, assortment, marketing and logistics.
  • Prepare sales and marketing materials for internal and external meeting purpose.

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • A minimum 6 years’ experience of B2B oriented sales and business development working experience in multinational company in mainland China.
  • A Proven track record of handling deals related to premium corporate gifting, promotional marketing and merchandising and special / loyalty channel.
  • Active networking with multinational corporates, which should include but not necessary limited to those from insurance, banking, finance, legal and consultancy, automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics and IT segments, and also with PR and marketing agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel extensively, approximately 80% of working time.
