Purpose of the role :
Senior Manager is the key subordinator of the Complex’s Marketing Director. Support anchor tenants’ key marketing events.
Manage and lead agency to develop relevant campaign and event plan and execution, coordination with internal teams to ensure the high quality of deliveries.
Coordination on key community initiatives.
Responsible for :
Assist Marketing Director to develop annual marketing budget and forecast for the complex
Estimate and justify extra cost occurred from 3rd parties’ vendors
Work closely with Leasing teams on anchor tenants marketing events and activities
Act as the key contact representing Marketing for initial requests from external partners
Evaluate 3rd party partners
Explore synergy opportunities including community initiatives and 3rd party events to enrich onsite marketing programs and activities
Support anchor tenants’ key marketing events and activities including its move-in or grand opening ceremony
Manage and lead event agencies to develop respective strategies and execute plan to ensure marketing objectives are achieved
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
Bachelor’s degree, ideally majored in Marketing
8+ years working experience, preferable in real estate development project, shopping malls or lifestyle retail brands
Experience in all kinds of campaigns and events, solid background of marketing campaign and events planning and organizing
Good verbal and written communications skills both in English and Chinese, problem solving.
Independent, reliable, creative, out-going and able to work under tight schedule.
Key Result area :
1, Manage and handle successful marketing campaigns and events which can help to drive traffic effectively.
2, Support and contribute to the successful marketing events for Anchor tenants when they move-in or opening
3, Build up close relationship with key marketing contact of anchor tenants
4, Build up relationship with different 3rd parties to explore innovative marketing activities in the mall.
