As a Global Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible as below :
Support BU management in defining and implementing a winning and profitable strategy.
Drive identification of profitable organic and inorganic opportunities (M&A, partnership, etc.).
Lead strategy planning, development of major strategic initiatives and ensure continuous and structured progress monitoring, follow-
up and course-correction if required.
Your Tasks as a Global Business Development Specialist will include the following :
Strategy definition & implementation : Support strategy development of BU, Hub-BU, PG, vertical or business lines, set up structured process and leverage strategy tracking tool to continuously monitor the implementation of strategy as defined.
Business planning : work closely with PGs, Hub-BUs and strategic initiative leaders to develop winning business models and fact-based, solid business plans.
Business intelligence : ensure availability of up-to-date and relevant information on key markets, customers and competitors and actively feed this into strategy development and group-
Division wide strategic processes (e.g. PIE Heat map as annual market evaluation process).
Business opportunities : drive identification of expansion and penetration opportunities globally and across PGs / market segments working closely with PG and Hub-
BU managers, sales and marketing, technology, etc.
M&A and Partnerships : identify M&A and strategic partnership opportunities, lead or support development and implementation of respective projects.
Business-led collaboration : proactively work with other BUs, with Division management, and as-needed, with Regions / countries to support and drive cross-BU growth initiatives.
Bachelor degree or above in engineering or business field.
5+ years of working experience, familiar with automation and / or industrial software, IOT.
Fluency in English, able to work in global environment.
Systematic and analytical skills, familiar with office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, IT.
Team player, self-started, proactive action-oriented, result-driven, strategic and creative thinking, Good interpersonal and influencing skills will be considered as plus.
Willing to take new challenges, adaptable to dynamic changes, quick learning skills, strong sense of ownership and high level of integrity is preferred.
