Regional Sales Manager

Major Role and Responsibilities :

  • Lead regional sales team to achieve or exceed sales, profit and growth target.
  • Develop and manager regional distributors, including sales achievement, territory management, quarterly evaluation, tender project etc. .
  • Fully implement commercial promotion activity within the commercial policy.
  • Lead, develop, train, manage and motivate the southern China sales team.
  • Plan and execute marketing program and activity, balance invest and return.
  • Conduct field visit and joint call to know hospital market, build the KOL team.
  • Requirements :

  • College degree or above.
  • University degree in medical, medical technology, pharmaceutical, biology, business.
  • Sales management background; at least 2 years experiences in multinational biotech company, pharmaceutical, commercial management experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with local IVD market and competition, hands-on sales development skill.
  • Integrity, proactive and aggressive, self-motivation, result-oriented, strong tolerance of pressure, a quick learner, willing to take challenge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess of leadership, open consideration, helpful and caring.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Basic English is required (at least in writing).
  • Willing to travel.
