Overview Site technical support related to PC, network, printer and server problems, collaborate with IT Global Operations team to maintain an efficient and productive computer system environment to meet the requirements of local customers and business units.
Responsibility : Computer system image installation. Provide onsite technical support of Qualcomm information technology / systems / applications to meet customers requirement, solve customers problems.
Responsible for PC service delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with ITCS and ITOC to provide effective IT support in the area such as MS Windows, MS office, LAN connectivity for local customers.
Responsible for gathering, documentation, asset management, deployment and troubleshooting of desktop / laptop and associated software, server, network, etc.
IT system. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years prior work experience in IT supporting / service area for multi-national company. Familiar with Microsoft windows and office, office network connectivity.
Good communication skills (both written and oral) required. Initiative and self-motivated, teamwork. Education Requirements Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Diploma. Keywords
