Key Responsibility :
Be responsible for key customers such as Huawei, ZTE and Automotive customers located in South ChinaBe a technical leader to support regular customer review meetingFull ownership of the assigned Customers in terms of achieving the FQE specific targetsBe the Customer quality advocate for the assigned CustomersDrive a positive Customer perception of NXP's QualityExecute the CQC reduction plan for the assigned Customers by :
o performing failure verification with the Customer to be able to identify the failure cause
o enable Customer engineers / technicians to perform an effective initial evaluation of NXP device
o assist the Customer in the resolution of Customer caused issues (e.g. ESD / EOS protection, parts programming, etc.)
o applying a diligent CQI data analysis for every return reported by the Customer to fully understand the device history
o identify any repeat occurrences possibly during FFV and data mining
o closing non- justified incidents in the field
lead resolution of correlation analyses :
o closely work with Customer and NXP CAS, customer quality, PE and Design team on device failure correlation
o characterize the part failing behavior in the Customer application to translate to NXP EVB
actively drive a continued lessons learned approach within the FQE organization :
o ensure excellent data reporting within the CQC system
o share key lessons learned with the FQE community to drive capability enhancement
represent the assigned Customers within NXP, and vice-versa :
o communicate Customer's Quality perception of NXP to all key stakeholders on a frequent basis
o actively participate in regular customer quality review meeting
o own the scorecards of the assigned Customers, communicate scorecard and content on a real- time basis, and ensure proper action item follow-
up to improve the metrics and enhance the Customer perception.

Master or Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or PhysicsAt least 3 years working experience on field support such as field application or field quality for key customers such as Huawei, ZTE and Automotive customersproven track record of excellent communication skillsability to work independently in the field and duplicate customer failure using EVB or toolsgood understanding of device-
