Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders.

A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more.

Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

Responsibilities :

Investigate and review cases relating to leakages & cross BU conflicts due to partner involvement.

  • To help the management gain the visibility of the leakage issues from the perspective of market environment, partner behavior as well as sales behavior.
  • Standardize the process / templates for receiving and reporting leakage and cross-BU conflict cases.
  • Deliver effective training to the sales team on the governance policies to ensure compliance.
  • Third party audit follow-up.
  • Service team report follow-up.
  • Fact-finding legwork including :
  • a) Order / documentation research

    b) Interview

  • Communicate with Ethics committee, concerning fraudulent findings.
  • Communicate with Management, concerning findings & policy infringement.
  • Partner denying / watch list process follow-up.
  • Requirements :

    Good analytical and investigation skills.

    Good business acumen and rich experience in business administration.

    Good written / spoken in English and effective communication skills.

    Good teamwork & interpersonal skills.

    Good computer skills.

    5 years’ related working experience
