  • What you can contribute?

    Product portfolio

  • Develop strategies for the products, set objectives and propose budget :
  • Long Range Plan (LRP) (5years);
  • Marketing Plan (Annual);
  • Production Plan Reporting (Annual with monthly update)
  • Cycle plans (4x year)
  • Monitor and control the marketing plan to modify / adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve field objectives
  • Management / co-ordination

  • Supervision of Brand Managers, Brand Teams
  • Control implementation of marketing plans and trigger continuous adaptation of plans to changing environmental needs;
  • Final control of the budget within agreed limits;
  • Implement quality standards of daily work (e.g. keeping delays, taking project responsibility)
  • Ensure optimal flow of information, key messages and material to field force;
  • Leverage cooperation with Regional Marketing;
  • Set up and deepen inter-department cooperation and communication to develop products strategies and implementation;
  • Foster the professional development of each member of the team, according to the requirements of the company
  • Ensure a good team spirit and a high retention of skilled personnel
  • Market Intelligence

  • Maintain competitive- and health care environment knowledge;
  • Up-date key opinion leader information, and keep close contacts;


    Education :

  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Major in medical or related medicine science
  • MBA or other business field
  • Experience in field division of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience & knowledge :

  • At least 6-7 years experience in Marketing in the pharmaceutical industry at Product Manager level
  • Experience in multinational company is preferred
