  • Content Strategy & Copywriting : Propose ideas and create multimedia content for regional marketing campaigns, and writing new, clear and concise articles across multiple touch points and channels Support the creation of and evolution of the voice and tone guidelines for the Chinese market Participate in global branding and content campaigns and translate for global marketing for publishing Localize content from our global marketing team to republish on China-based digital channels
  • Social Media & Analysis : Manage the publishing of content to APAC social media channels Should be comfortable using different social media listening, digital technologies and market research methodologies Ideally able to analyze data from social media channels to provide insights around community, campaigns and contests Capability to create meaningful insights and inferences from social media conversations / data
  • Events & General Marketing : Ensure communications and marketing deliverables are on-brand Work with the global teams to adapt and implement best practices worldwide Collaborate with creative teams on developing campaigns and managing execution Prepare reports on marketing activities and results for senior management as needed Events coordination including photography / videography and other tasks as assigned Although this role is based in Shenzhen, occasional travel to other EPAM offices in Southern China and Hong Kong may be required
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience at a global company or top agency
  • Strong writing, editing skills and verbal communication in both simplified Chinese and English
  • Familiarity with the Chinese market and China-based marketing strategies
  • Ideally understand SEO strategies within China
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • Passion for EPAMs’ culture and deep empathy for our employees
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team-worker willing to be transparent and challenge the status quo
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design (including use of relevant software), photography and videography
