Job Description :
Support marketing campaign close loop including customer data segmentation, lead close loop as well as marketing purchase order management for all APJ countries.
Manage accurate marketing campaign leads into marketing automation platforms. Timely assign qualified leads to APJ sales rep and partners.
Support HP NPI products publish for all APJ countries by creating accurate content in PIM relevant systems and conduct regionalization, localization and translations base on needs.
Product content contains but not limit to product images, marketing message, technical specifications, accessories and care pack bundle.
Process and entry data accurately and timely for marketing campaign performance
Engage with Campaign / Category manager timely for operational clarification
Handle operational query via email and phone call as well as offer solutions for campaign managers to enhance service experience
Create regular governance report to make sure data entry accuracy to support marketing and business
More than 2 years working experience, priority on candidates with sales and Marketing background
Good business service sense, comprehensive problem fixing skill.
Good communication skill and team work spirit
Good analysis, summary and reporting skills
English : CET-4 or above, master on speaking, reading, writing and listening. Join in conference call with APJ English speaking requester frequently.
Operate skillfully on office software, excel medium level above
