Job Description : Manage the EHS activities to create safe working environment. Purpose for this role is to develop EHS system to ensure EHS in compliance and drive the EHS culture to avoid injury.

Direct EHS inspection and detect existing and potential risk and hazards and accordingly determines corrective and preventive measures Lead risk assessment and track the CAPA measures, includes but not limited with machine guarding, PPE, confined Space, ergonomic, work at height, IH, slip and trip etc.

Provide EHS training to improve all employee’ EHS awareness in accordance with EHS training matrix; Collect EHS laws and identify the gaps then takes CAPA.

  • Environmental management includes waste and water and air to ensure them in compliance with local regulation requirements;
  • Project management on EHS issues; Chemical management, IH assessment and monitoring etc. Organize various EHS activities to improve employee EHS awareness.

  • Incident investigation include near miss, first aid, recordable, LTA and LTI and follow actions. Contractor management for EHS issues to ensure them in compliance with internal EHS policy;
  • Organize EHS committee meeting and EHS inspection; Emergency response drill in accordance with emergency procedure, e.g.

    emergency evacuation, special equipment incident etc.; Relation management with local government on EHS-related, e.g. EPB, Safety Bureau etc.

    Qualification Required : Bachelor degree or above, major in safety or environmental engineering background or related. Registered safety engineer.

    Be familiar with Chinese EHS-related laws and ISO 14001 and 45001. Strongly problem analyzing and resolving skills. Experience is required in identifying, evaluating and controlling EHS risks in the workplace.

    Good communication and influencing skill. Minimum 5 years of experiences in EHS field multinational company, background with pharmaceutical is preferred.

    Good knowledge and ability to manage EHS on new facility project. Good English both verbal and write, good computer skill. Follow Us on MoSeeker!
