JOB PURPOSE :
To better address increasing analytic needs from our business units and align with the new responsibility defined for Business Insights group under global Marketing Centre of Excellence, this role will incorporate Market Research, Business Intelligence and Competitive Intelligence into the scope, with a focus on integrating customer and market insights from market research projects, 2nd data, syndicated reports, competitive intelligence and etc.

Direct report to : Head of Insights & Analytics
SUPERVISED RESOURCES :
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Provide integrated market, customer and competitive insights to drive opportunity identification and realization to supporting TA :
Quality Insight generation leveraging multiple resources including primary market research, 2nd data analysis, field force, etc.
focusing on key issues / growth opportunity throughout the year;
Drive clear growth opportunity identification through SA standard tools in brand planning;
Drive clear growth opportunity KPI setting and tracking plan, and 100% execution of the accountable tracking plan;
Provide real-time business monitoring to supporting TA with integrated insight from IMS data, internal sales data, centrix and KPI based tracking, as well as other data sources :
Monthly on time delivery of IMS market performance analysis and BU dashboard with 100% accuracy;
Monthly delivery of brand summary based on IMS data with integration of other resources;
Build deep dive analysis and benchmark / business case to illustrate important issues as needed;
Support CE / company-wide key initiatives that requires input and effort from Business Insights
Marketing capabilities building
Forecasting and marketing analytics
Multiple channel marketing initiatives
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor degree or above.
Experience & knowledge :
Prior experiences in multi-national companies in pharmaceutical industry a must
Prior knowledge of the chronic disease, treatment and products preferred
At least 3-5 years experiences in business / marketing analytics, i.e. consulting, business analysis, market research, new product planning, business development, etc.
