1.Develop long term Retail strategy to seize growth opportunity and drive NVS business success in broad market.
2.Lead cross-functional team to design DoT standardize SOP in Retail channel through widely search of internal and external best practice, new initiatives across industries.
3.Execute the DoT SOP and develop the KPI & tracking methodology
4.Develop portfolio promotion strategy for mult-brand products with support from brand marketing team, medical team, marketing science team, digital marketing team, etc.
5.External data analyze to understand the NVS’s position in the market, from the data , tell the team how to leverage the data the accelerate the growth and set up the action plans.
6.Design the patient portray in Retail based on the brand level analyze and design the DA for field team to use.
1.University Degree (life sciences, business administration )
2.Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
3.At least 5 years pharma experience and have knowledge in Rx Retail business.
4.Excellent communication skill and professional dedication, independent analysis and problem resolving skill.
5.Experience in pharmaceutical retail channel management and distributor management is preferred.
