The Chef de Partie is responsible to supervise theassigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare aconsistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficientand flexible service that supports the outlet's operating concept and HyattInternational standards.
preferably with experience inluxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Managementwill be an advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices andoccupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic ComputerSkills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
