Help to develop a thriving Tensorflow Developer Community in China. Lead strategies and innovation to help us build a relevant, engaged and well informed developer community building on Google products and API's in China.
Lead online and offline outreach and support programs in China, including large-scale Google developer events.
Manage relationships with, and help foster the creation of local developer communities. Create opportunities to meet with local developers and businesses to promote adoption and best practice use of Google technologies.
Become an active and visible Googler in the China tech community, this might include speaking at Google Developer events, speaking at third-party events such as conferences and meet ups, and actively engaging with regional governments, universities, and business / startup groups interested in Google products.
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of Program Management experience.
Experience as an active participant in technical / developer communities, open source projects, or similar developer groups.
Ability to speak and write English and Chinese fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications :
Leadership experience in technical / developer / business communities.
Knowledge of machine learning technology or mobile application development landscapes.
Effective project and program management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
