岗位职责 : Responsibilities 工作内容

  • Work with Marketing team to develop brand thematic promotion plan in line with brand strategy and information-based understanding of category / channel / shopper / consumer (end user);
  • 基于对品类 / 渠道 / 客户 / 消费者的理解 与市场部共同制定品牌推广计划

    Work with commercial sales teams to identify business opportunities and provide solution / support; 与商业销售团队合作 寻找商业机会和提供解决方案

    Design the retail channel promotion activities to drive sales target and enhance brand image; 规划零售渠道的促销计划 推动销售目标及提高品牌形象

    Promotion resources management and assessment of investment channels ROI; 促销资源的分配和管理 评估渠道投入产出的合理性

    Develop selling kit and effective mechanics to drive new product launch speed-to-shelf;开发销售工具和有效机制来推动新品快速上市

    According to the company category channel development strategy, implementation channel management standards and policies; 根据公司品类渠道发展策略和政策 执行渠道管理标准

    Through the market survey data, understanding / analysis / comparison of competitors" sales and promotion mechanism. 透过数据分析 了解市场发展趋势和竞品销售状况

    Requirements 岗位要求

    Full time University degree is must, and major in sales / marketing is preferred; 全日制本科学历 市场营销专业优先

    8 years or above working experience in FMCG or Cosmetics industry, Trade marketing / Channel marketing is preferable; 8年以上通路行销工作经验 快消或化妆品行业经验

    Solid experienced in promotion planning and project management; 有丰富的促销策划和项目管理经验

    Good communication and presentation skills; Open-minded, innovative thinker, and be organized; 优秀的沟通和演讲技巧 思路开阔 创新思维 良好的组织协调能力

    Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken; 中英文书写和口语流利

  • Skillful in using office software, especially PowerPoint & Excel; 熟练办公软件运用 特别是PPT和Excel;
  • This job involves frequent biz travel, usually twice per month and 3 days per time. 此岗位需要较频繁的出差 通常每月2次 每次约3天
