Principle Duties & Responsibilities :


及时 准确地接收 回复客户邮件 接收订单 / 系统上传订单 / 仓库下发订单 / 订单交期和物流反馈

  • Receive and reply customer emails in time and handle hoc affairs (receive Pos / upload SO / release SO to warehouse / feeback delivery date and courier information)
  • 2 销售订单核对和录单 根据OMS实发货数据录入电商平台订单

  • Help enforce the processing of E-commerce outbound orders and stock reconciliation (Belkin Tmall / Linksys Tmall / Belkin JD POP)
  • 3 售后退换货订单审核和录单 客户退换货 / 400#退换货

  • Reviewing and Process the RMA / replacement orders
  • 4 订单状态及到货时间等相关信息跟踪 JD 平台订单

  • Tracking related information such as order booking status and stock in date(JD platform)
  • 5 协助核对仓库出入库流水和库存状况 JUSDA仓库

  • Assist in checking warehouse flow and inventory situation
  • 6 其他临时性任务和安排

  • Response to adhoc projects and assignments Perform all other duties as assigned and required
  • Education & Qualifications :


    大专及以上学历 电商专业优先考虑

  • College degree or above, e-commerce major is preferred;
  • 具有1年以上相关工作经验 如有优秀应届生可以考虑

  • 1 year relevant work experience is preferred(if excellent fresh students can be considered)
  • 熟练操作各类办公软件 英语4级以上

  • Skill in Office software and English should be CET-4
  • 具有较强的学习能力和良好的沟通协调能力

  • Strong learning ability and good communication and coordination skills
  • 5 工作认真细心 责任心强 有良好的团队合作精神
