Your Mission :
Anchor On with the street and fashion community in key cities in China, build cultural relevance for On’s Performance All Day business
Build relationships to key fashion & concept, sneaker and department store tastemaker doors
Take a lead in developing On's "Performance All Day" strategy across sales and marketing for the market
Plan the distribution pyramid and product drop cycle for our Performance All Day business in China together with global PAD category management and the local Marketing team
Develop partnerships with media outlets, key opinion consumers and tastemakers, cultural institutions (think Art Basel) that will grow On’s cultural relevance in China
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, including data and products in a strategic manner to new and existing customers
Drive sell-through at our accounts and plan drop cycle together with them. Work with the marketing team on in-store and digital execution of product launches
Work cross functionally with other On teams to ensure we deliver the best offer and service to our lifestyle accounts
Maintain all sales related budgets and key account management with identified lifestyle accounts
Your Story :
5+ years experience in the sports lifestyle Industry
Good relationships with sneaker stores and high end fashion stores in key cities in Greater China
You relish the challenge of developing business with the existing customer base as well as creating new opportunities for growth
You are self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively unsupervised as well as being able to collaborate and contribute positively to the China team
You enjoy connecting with customers to present our products, technology and philosophy in an inspiring way and are confident presenting to a group
Good communication skills both written and verbal in English & Chinese
