As a Customer Service Manager, eCommerce, you will be responsible for planning and executing communications, developing and actioning business plans, and ability to communicate with all levels of the business as needed.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following :
Engage key business counterparts and operational stakeholders to deliver operational execution of GSK strategies related to eCommerce activities.
Establish and maintain relationships with critical groups to ensure customer knowledge is utilized to informing and delivering on the eCommerce roadmap.
Lead the governance and execution of processes for the implementation of business strategy and tactics requiring eCommerce.
Facilitate and manage the processes and policies that enable eCommerce functionality for GSK customers.
Participate in and support field sales communications including written communications and frequent regional and national teleconference calls during implementation of business strategy and tactics.
Drive business process improvement throughout the commercial and operational support teams; partner to embed business process improvement across the business.
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical sales, marketing, eCommerce or related experience (Consult with Manager on what this is).
Ability to develop and execute multi-dimensional marketing plans.
Ability to develop and manage communications.
