Major Responsibilities : + Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Managers, Sales Executives and Sales Specialist to achieve Area Acquisition Sales & Margin goal.
Work with team and guide direct reports to leverage the appropriately resource and supportive staffs. + Collaborate and support team / direct reports to develop and execute robust business plans.
Review progress on key milestones in account plans for all accounts + Provide leadership and delivery proper coach to team base on individuals' different situation.
Provide guidance / supervision to team on contract negotiation, particularly regarding pricing and profitability policies to the distributors.
Execute business management process (cadence) to ensure timely review and opportunity management + Drive standardisation and harmonisation of tools and processes across the area + Track record of effectively recruiting, coaching and mentoring top selling talent Requirements : + Bachelor degree or above in clinical / medical + Mastery level experience managing strategic accounts + Experience in managing senior sales executives + Ability to influence team member actively (without direct reporting relationship) + Executive level business experience and financial acumen + Strong people sense of key stakeholders and customer dynamics + Negotiation, critical thinking and problem solving skills + Good learning agility + Be open to accept new concept / selling model + 5 8 years' experience in healthcare / diagnostics industry (preferred) + Proven experience in well managing a large sales teams An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
