Overview Qualcomms Modem Systems team is responsible for the system engineering of complex digital ASIC products covering a broad range of mobile wireless communication technologies.
Candidate will be responsible for the development and commercialization of chipsets based on different modem technologies for ever improved efficiency and capability.
This includes designing WWAN modem algorithms and performance validation of the implementation with C++ / matlab based simulation platform.

commercialization related activities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years Systems Engineering or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications Strong academic background on wireless communication theory, digital signal processing, and Information Theory is required.
Matlab and C++ programming knowledge is required.Experience in designing / performance validation of modem PHY algorithms is requiredExperience in TD-
SCDMA / NB-IOT PHY / LTE layer system design is preferred.Familiarity with 3GPP wireless standards is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English are essential.
2-4 yrs of industry experience. Required : Masters degree in Electrical, or Electronics & Communications, or Computer Engineering from reputed college with strong background in wireless communication systems.
