Communicate with dealers and landlords when building Kipling doors
Manage & monitor all execution points to result in a premium store environment
Operate and execute within fast-paced timelines
Fully support line manager and work closely with vendors
Create guidelines for all store types and channels (Wholesale and Retail)
Pilot store project to make sure all updated image can bring to life in stores.
Cost control : Continue to improve cost efficient with VF procurement process
Master budget control : Payment, contract handle by follow VF finance requirement.On time, accurate.
New dealerstraining for Store Construction Quality Control.
Internal project training for Kipling team member.
Construction (Vendor) Training.
Close work with Kipling sales teams to ensure store opening & renovation plan are met, with proper time & cost control communicated to teammates to ensure set goals & time expectations are synchronized
Work closely with VM team in developing fixture / tools for retail presentation of key and functional product
