As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing the Price & rebate policy in daily SPA& SO operation, in Electrification Business Area in Beijing, China.

Reporting to the Pricing Specialist, you will support on internal control & audit tracking requirement.

Your responsibilities

  • Implementing the Price & rebate policy in daily SPA& SO operation
  • Managing customer basic information and discount factor maintenance in Salesforce and ERP(SAP), agreement management, new customer commercial training, customer master data maintenance, etc.
  • Checking all the special discount order, BAD application, return application checking, etc
  • Clarifying process and Area salespeople supporting policy, helping to solve the systems error and problems, trying to give comments or guidance when they need for all the special situations, controlling the data strictly and providing data only to relevant person
  • Supporting on BAD, Temp Credit tern, CBOL maintenance
  • Coordinating with all function team like Sales, Products, Logistics, Finance, etc, to deploy the Operation Excellence requirement, enhance process and operational excellence
  • Working on sales monthly report, salespeople appraisal report, distributor / customer performance report, etc.
  • Supporting on internal control & audit tracking requirement
  • Your background

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a statistics, data, or analytical position
  • Being familiar with SAP, Sales Force, excel, etc is priority
  • Good project management skill to drive process excellence
  • Must be accurate and prompt in reporting work
  • A bachelor’s degree or above
  • Fluency in English
  • Good leadership to make teamwork smarter & more efficient
