ON is striving for business automation through Business to Business (B2B) connectivity with our customers and trading partners, primarily focusing on the opportunity to cash process.

In EDI / B2B Integration, B2B Analyst will develop, coordinate, implement, and manage all EDI-related developments for the organization.

The B2B Analyst is responsible for analyzing and designing specifications used for enhancements and extensions in B2B applications, interfaces, and mappings.

He / she coordinates all EDI testing, implementations, and upgrades. Additionally, the B2B specialist serves as the primary link between the business and any data-

trading partners; they work with all trading partners and internal application team to determine the type of data they would like to trade, develop guidelines and specifications for data exchange.


Required hands on communication protocol experience on AS2 and SFTP. Web services and API is preferred.

Strong technical skills in EDI X12 standards, RN, xml, flat file, and Json file.

Ability to translate business requirements into EDI technical solutions.

Conduct full end-to-end tests based on developed EDI technical solutions.

Hands on experience using Oracle database.

Fundamental Understanding of Oracle EBS functional areas (OM, AR, WMS, OTM, etc.).

General programming skills are necessary for business process and mapping.

Able to identify, evaluate and develop procedural and system solutions that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills to address complex business and technical problems.

Demonstrate ability to interact with customers and IT in a professional manner providing friendly and effective customer service.

Strong initiative of owning major roles and responsibilities in projects and resolution of issues.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills is a must there is daily interaction with B2B team members and application team members in other locations, outside partners, and business users in troubleshooting translation errors and solving complex integration issues and requests.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems. In lieu of technical degree, we will consider individuals with other IT experience but must have great interest to pick up B2B knowledge.
