Your role :

  • Understand customer requirements and drive development of supply chain approaches to increase customer satisfaction
  • Establish appropriate contacts and set up efficient communication with customer regarding forecast management and supply tracking
  • Develop customer specific supply chain solutions, across demand planning and supply planning processes
  • Act as interface to commercial and customers to improve supply chain service by way of developing communication channels from customer to supply chain team (delivery, back-order;
  • assure minimized customer disruption)

  • Enhance customer experience, balancing service levels, responsiveness and agility
  • Establish and maintain metrics for tracking supply chain performance, at a customer level, that includes but is not limited to Fillrate, on-time delivery, BO status
  • Who you are :

  • Bachelor or above degree, ideally in business and / or supply chain / logistics
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Over 5 years supply chain working experience in chemical, biology or related industry
  • Over 2 years managerial experience in a commercial or supply chain role that has involved customer facing activities
  • Over 2 years experience of SAP APO DP
  • Ability to understand customer needs in terms of service and quality expectations while aligning overall ISCO objectives
  • Proven track record of successful project management skills
