Successful candidate will have Sales Experience in the Semiconductor Industry and be able to work closely with all field personnel to ensure optimum client satisfaction in our efforts to drive design wins to revenue.
Responsibilities will include managing multiple large accounts utilizing our systems, acting as main point of contact between client buyers and factories, supporting distributors and representatives as requested by management.
Ability to run reports and understand and utilize data within reports is critical. Industry knowledge is important and developing partnerships with field, factories and clients will be the key to success.

Act as Customer Service Representative to support Client Engagement Team (Sales Team)
Perform sales coordination activities on daily logistics.
Conduct sales administration related Reports, forecast entry etc.
Align with Internal Teams and provide timely logistics support
Conduct analysis of backlog, demand, supply, inventory
Customer Relationship Management Account profile
Order Management i.e. Sample, Order entry, Backlog confirmation / Reschedule, Shipment expedite / notification, RMA
Time Management Systematically monitor and scheduling timelines from start to end.
Communication Clear and speed expression among Clients, Factories, Logistic and Client Engagement Managers etc.
Qualification and Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior Customer Service position (inclusive 3 years in the field of electronic industry is preferred)
Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese
Familiar with MS. Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
