Objective of job

  • Review and analysis in details of Mercedes me Store concept with focus on experiences
  • Create and ensure Mercedes me Store integrated experience for defined target audience
  • Make improvement on experience integration with other stakeholders and BUs
  • Create new ways to further enhance business model sustainability for relevant stakeholders
  • Main tasks

  • Understand and make systematic evaluation of current concept, strategy and operation to identify potential and target improvement areas with focus on further enhance experience
  • Review and analyze business case and financial model for both MB and partner to clarify effective means to achieve sustainability
  • Make systematic and constructive plan for adjustments of concept considering the changes in market and consumer in the recent years, especially for MB
  • Improve experience with enhanced integration among functions within MB and with operation partner for both on-going initiatives and other potential ideas
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate customer experience and make continuous improvements
  • Pilot ideas and initiative that could enhance performance both qualitatively and financially, and if successful post evaluation, build it into regular business model
  • Make integration and initiatives with MB communities to further build Mercedes me Store as an integrated offline platform for related members
  • Regularly discuss and review concept and important areas with operational partner to make
  • Communicate with team and internal stakeholders for successful implementation of initiatives and collaboratively execute successfully.
  • Education :

  • University degree in Marketing, Strategy, Business Administration / Management
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related fields such as Marketing, strategy, with experience in Auto industry.
  • Skill and Knowledge :

  • Strategic and logical thinking;
  • Strong analytical skills in making conclusions of issues for concept and strategy revision;
  • Customer experience focused and strong customer orientation in behavior;
  • Knowledge and experience in consumer research, focus group study;
  • Ability in building business case and financial models;
  • Excellent communication and team work
  • Persuasive and able to communicate in a structural and logical way
  • Intellectual competence
  • Business English in written and spoken
