Sells Dell’s products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer segments and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships / market share with existing and new customers.
  • 负责通过接听 或者主动外呼电话 维护并提升客户关系与戴尔的市场份额 开拓新客户

  • Functions as the overall account manager including leading transactional sales, partnering with outside sales and / or the channel (as applicable) and both strategy and execution.
  • 通过独立主导销售 或者与外部销售 / 渠道合作伙伴配合 执行戴尔公司的市场战略与销售目标

  • Works persistently to gain new accounts and / or identify opportunities in account territory.
  • 持续开发新客户 并且在现有客户群体中发掘商机

  • Involvement in outside sales lead with Inside Sales support.
  • 与外部销售团队相配合 并且提供相应的支持

  • Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with Dell’s products and services.

  • Recommends business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests.

  • Builds relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell’s technology, products, services.
  • 熟练掌握戴尔的技术 产品与服务的知识 与客户建立稳固合作关系

  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dell’s customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries.
  • 保持对行业趋势的关注 了解客户所受影响及动态 帮助客户应对新的挑战

  • Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results / meet customer needs.
  • 协调 运用公司内部各各职能部门的资源 达到销售业绩 满足客户需求

    QUALIFICATION :

  • 2 years + relevant experience in sales. College degree or above.
  • 有2年以上销售经验 大专以上学历

  • Basic knowledge of IT industry and products. Selling experience in IT industry is a plus.
  • 具备基本的IT行业与产品知识 IT行业销售经验者可优先考虑

  • Proficiency in English reading and writing, can handle basic conversations.
  • 英语读写熟练 能进行基本会话

  • Ability to create / execute an action plan to make unsolicited contact with targeted people to capture interest for further discussion.
  • 具备制定针对陌生目标客户的销售行动计划 并且切实实行 从中获取商机的能力

  • Proactive. Ability to establish and accelerate forward motion toward desired sales objective.
  • 积极主动的心态 持续推动销售进展 达成销售目标
