Principal Account Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Account Manager to identify and develop new sales channels across the Asia-Pacific region.

You will have extensive experience selling to retail and distributor organizations, and a track record of delivering rapid sales growth.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to build a business from the ground up. To succeed in this role, you will be exceptionally motivated, persistent in overcoming unique obstacles, and an excellent salesperson.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify B2B sales opportunities, and develop leads into established accounts
  • Manage existing accounts, driving revenue and profitability
  • Act as the primary contact person for B2B partners for any sales or operational queries
  • Coordinate the end-to-end operations process and drive efficiency and scalability
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Global Supply Chain or related field
  • 7+ years in sales / account management / global sourcing / product development or category management is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and results driven with high attention to detail.
  • Sales and account management experience, ideally with retailers and / or distributors within Asia-Pacific region
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in negotiations, pricing, lean supply chain management, international logistics, product compliance, product development, branding, packaging, importing, category management are a plus.
  • Master’s degree / Second degree in Business Administration or related field
