Role Purpose 职位目标

To coach, lead, direct, motivate, manage and develop the Regional teams to achieve company business objectives.

  • To achieve organizational goals through managing and coaching regional teams, share professional communication experiences and market intelligence;
  • 通过管理与辅导团队 共享专业推广经验 心得及市场信息 实现组织目标;
  • To work closely with marketing and medical team to ensure brand strategy in line with business objectives. Fully understood the market situation of the responsible area, identify business opportunities and challenges, timely feedback to the brand team;
  • 与市场部, 医学部紧密合作 以确保相关品牌策略与组织目标相一致 充分了解所负责区域的市场情况 发现业务机会和挑战 并及时反馈给品牌团队;
  • Ensure business / marketing campaigns are fully implemented with timely feedbacks;
  • 确保业务 / 市场活动被充分的贯彻执行 并作出及时地反馈;
  • Maintain good communication with key opinion leaders and experts to ensure support to the professionalism of marketing activities;
  • 与重点学术带头人和专家保持良好沟通 来确保和支持市场活动的学术专业性;
  • Comply with company guidance, manage resources and field force deployment.

  • Provide supervision and coaching to RAM (Regional Activation Mgr.) and DM (District Mgr.) to develop their competence including leadership and innovative;
  • 通过为地区经理和推广经理提供辅导和帮助 发展他们的领导力和创新能力;
  • Recruit, develop and maintain talent people to support sustainable development of field force team that living GSK values, build a sustainable and professional team.

  • 招聘, 发展,保留符合GSK价值观的优秀人才 建立一支可持续发展的专业化队伍;
  • To follow the performance management evaluation process to ensure efficient and compliant promotion activities in field;
  • 通过执行绩效管理评估流程 确保团队的推广行为是高效且合规的;
  • To continuously improve of Field Force Productivity and Performance through collaboration with marketing / medical / sales training department.

    通过与市场 / 医学 / 培训等部门的通力合作 持续提高团队的绩效和生产力


  • To assist and support in bidding and product CDC / POV listing processes;
  • 为产品招标和疾控 / 接种点产品准入的相关流程作支持;
  • To ensure that all activities undertaken fully comply with the Company’s policies and quality standard, the laws and regulations of the Peoples Republic of China and all the relevant Codes of Conduct.

    Qualifications / Requirements :

  • University degree, preferable major in medical science or pharmacy
  • 大学本科 优先考虑学医学药专业

  • 3 years above experience in field force management
  • 拥有3年以上一线团队管理经验

  • Good in ability to identify business opportunities
  • 具有发现新业务机会的能力

  • Knowledge of business environment and competition
  • 了解商业环境和竞争环境
