Lead Chengdu COpC ACG operation through strong process execution and innovation
Collaborates with COpC operation management team to make operation decisions and take accountability
Collaborates with Local and WW COpC team , to participate project and operational project, to make operation excellence
Influence COpC operation and ensure compliance and operation quality
Enhance operation capability and productivity. Lead team to contribute to innovation & customer relationship
Monitor the daily operations to meet business standard conduct and company policies
Take ownership for own development and proactive to manage.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Requires a minimum of five years of related experience
Solid project management skills

Operation or equivalent experiences
