Job Title : 订单处理专员 Customer Service Representative Location : Beijing Responsibility
Ensure smooth execution of Cash to Order process to meet Customer Service Level target with an optimum distribution cost.
Perform and monitor the daily orders end to end process, and understand system alerts indicating order, delivery or billing issues surrounding the orders and take corrective actions to resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross functions to align stock allocation for promotion activities / new products launch / supply constraints / discontinue.
Use appropriate functionality to meet business needs for stock reservation, delivery priority, sales order optimization and BOP etc.
Optimize orders where logistical efficiency is required such as attainment of LLT, direct and re-direct shipment
Use of reason code methodology to record appropriately all changes within customer orders
Manage the refusal process, Market Returns and exchange process to minimize customer dissatisfaction and protect Nestle image
Manage the sample order to support marketing activities.
Contribute to team meetings and decision making
Requirement Three years of preferably operational experience in Customer Service in a similar market environment or trade structure.
Or have relevant experience in Customer or Sales administration, D&SP or other operational functions in Supply Chain.
