Job Title : 订单处理专员 Customer Service Representative Location : Beijing Responsibility

  • Ensure smooth execution of Cash to Order process to meet Customer Service Level target with an optimum distribution cost.
  • Perform and monitor the daily orders end to end process, and understand system alerts indicating order, delivery or billing issues surrounding the orders and take corrective actions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross functions to align stock allocation for promotion activities / new products launch / supply constraints / discontinue.
  • Use appropriate functionality to meet business needs for stock reservation, delivery priority, sales order optimization and BOP etc.
  • Optimize orders where logistical efficiency is required such as attainment of LLT, direct and re-direct shipment
  • Use of reason code methodology to record appropriately all changes within customer orders
  • Manage the refusal process, Market Returns and exchange process to minimize customer dissatisfaction and protect Nestle image
  • Manage the sample order to support marketing activities.
  • Contribute to team meetings and decision making
  • Requirement Three years of preferably operational experience in Customer Service in a similar market environment or trade structure.

    Or have relevant experience in Customer or Sales administration, D&SP or other operational functions in Supply Chain.
