Lead and drive end-to-end product quality management from development to production for fulfilling adidas quality standards in responsible LOs.
Ensure all Fit / Wear & Lab Testing activities within the T1 suppliers in the respective LOs are meeting adidas group requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure Operation Centers and T1 to follow and comply with adidas quality requirement in development process.
Lead implementation of quality-related initiatives and programs in responsible LOs.
Support Director Quality FW (LO) to establish, maintain and improve quality standards and systems by working with T1 and key T2 factories.
Collaborate with Operations Centers to certify T1 QIP final inspectors in responsible LOs.
Manage 3rd party finished goods inspections at all T1 suppliers in responsible LOs.
Train T1 & key T2 and manage training related to Quality systems.
Manage and conduct quality system audits and random finished goods inspections at T1 & key T2 suppliers.
Product and Lab T esting
Lead and guide consistent Testing programs and processes within the respective T1 factories according to given adidas-group standards.
Manage to ensure that product verification and judgement calls of T1 factories are done based on given adidas-group criteria for fit, comfort and durability within the given timeframe and in conjunction with the calendar timelines.
Handle difficult issues escalated from team.
Make judgement calls of testing result in case of ambiguous situations
Communicate with LO product creation teams, T1 developers, HQ development teams and the HQ product testing department in regards to test results on a global level to ensure alignment among all involved parties.
Guarantee the quality of materials being used in adidas products and productions by ensuring excellent teamwork and cooperation with all related departments in LO and factory.
Compile and analyze test information to determine quality of materials and components, and recommend actions for improvement.
Verify new requirements before rolling out to T1 for implementation.
Guide T1 factories in implementation of testing strategy.
Lead a team and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
Coach team members on personal development and career development.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
8 years working experience in footwear in capacities of production, development or testing.
3 years work experience in multinational business environment
