Day to Day Responsibilities : (must to fill)
Lead the CSR team to work with sales team and plant / warehouse / consignment stock to closely follow up customer order, ship arrangement and payments
Set up and regularly review the CSR team work process and target to meet business and compliance requirement under company policy
Monitor the CSR team monthly working performance, take actions to improve team performance and correct the process flaws that main cause potential risk
Support team member to solve a problem or urgent case and get resources for team
Timely monthly sales data update, good management and record of customer orders and sales data
Support sales to maintain the relationship with customer and improve customer satisfaction, familiar with customer regular demand and report for any abnormal case
Monthly W / H and complaint update, lead CSR team to work with sales team and plant to close the complaint financially in time
Accurately record and maintain customer contract information and details
Process management and monitoring (sample & order process, complaint process, and others)
Support on the trade show, seminar, exhibition and other marketing activities
Other projects as needed Requirements :
Bachelor degree, prefer major in English or International trade related
Pharmaceutical glass package industry background is preferred
5+ years working experience as CSR in commercial team
Good at English writing and email communication, can speak fluently
Understood International Trade process and familiar with incoterm and Ocean and air shipments , familiar with custom clearance is preferred
Familiar to use office software Excel, Word and Power point
Prefer to have bonded w / h and consignment related working experience
