Develop a detailed project plan for effective implementation of the companyâ€™s Proposal with targeted Chinese Universities.
Manage the negotiation and implementation of the companyâ€™s Proposal.
Develop effective business networks.
Establish key executive relationships.
Maintain key executive relationships and act as point of contact for all direct stakeholders.
Develop project scopes and objectives (â€œProject Planâ€ ) for all stakeholders and amend as required.
Report on a weekly basis, or earlier as required, on performance outcomes and amend the Project Plan accordingly.
Assess and advise on risk management and risk strategies as relevant to target universities and MoE.
Facilitate and manage university workshops.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documents.
Experience of university employment at faculty or executive administration level and / or MoE.
International engagement and / or business / economic / administration / law degree.
Solid organizational skills.
Excellent client facing and internal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in, and understanding of, business development and project and program management.
High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present, influence outcomes, gain commitment and negotiation at a senior level.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
A passport that allows for multi-visa travel.
