Job Role Responsibilities
e.g. non-default truck / LCL delivery minimization Identify logistics network optimization through leveraging TDT LTA and external industry logistics market resource / technology, and analyzing 3rd party LSP capability / performance Support on End to End transportation visualization and control tower to enhance intelligent logistics with cost efficiency and satisfied customer experience (e.
g. Smart Logistics, Trace & Track, warehouse operating performance dashboard etc. Unhealthy inventory root cause analysis to identify improvement area with internal or external parts to maintain flawless inventory management Back order and customer complaints related 3rd party logistics service provider performance trend analysis to identify potential concern area and recommend improvement opportunity.
Organize the regular review meetings with internal teams and 3rd party LSPs to keep up close communication and resolve any outstanding issue found.
Back order analysis report LSP related Unhealthy inventory report and action follow up / consolidation Customer complaints analysis trend report by different category (RDC, customer, complaint type etc.
Others : RDC daily inventory report, Regional distribution center daily order delivery report; RDC monthly inventory aging report 3P LSP performance (KPI) summary report
