Task Description

Recovery Collection Process Management

  • Managing recovery team performance by monitoring write-off cases for CV, fleet and retail contracts comply with the business policy and procedure, including but not only take the countermeasure of calling, outsourcing, etc.
  • Recovery data analysis, decide case distribution rule suggestion and case follow up instruction.
  • Lead team achieve recovery target.
  • Responsible for recovery process improvement and optimization
  • Lead recovery and Litigation related project to improve efficiency
  • Recovery & Litigation Process and Policy Optimization

  • Provide process / policy optimization initiatives concerning of recovery and litigation team.
  • Update manual or process regularly to ensure the achievement of collection strategy.
  • Support Sr. Manager establish feasible collection policies and process recovery and litigation team
  • Optimize the collection strategy and collectors’ workload feasiblely according to the business requirement
  • Internal and Cross Department Communication

    Work closely with Early & Late collection, Credit team, arrange regular meeting on collection related topic, periodically dicaaly entiation n team, ecovery by litation ratio, cost and s well as comunicatio with relative public institutions, searc share recovery and litigation information with above teams or business partners.

    Team Management

    Support on hiring, training and coaching junior collection team members.

  • Set up KPI and monitor team members’ target achievement status.
  • Support HPC culture and coaching culture.
  • Support and build GPTW.
  • Others

    Support Senior Manager in other tasks and projects.

    Education

  • Bachelor degree or above in Law / Finance, master degree is preferred
  • Good English, both in written and spoken
  • Experience

  • Legal or collection experience in a Financial Services Company, Bank, or Law firm for at least 5 years, having Legal Professional Qualification Certificate is preferred
  • Specific Knowledge

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills
  • Proficient MS office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
