Position Summary :

This role is a change management position, with the ability to immediatly impact the business. By working together with cross functional and divisional teams, this role will act as a steward of change to lead projects that re-define, improve, and optimize business processes.

Importantly, this role will work across individual functional or divisional boundaries, and focus on driving holistic improvements and standardization across core end to end business processes.

Initial Process focus points are centered around the Contract to Cash process including :

Credit Management

Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Payment Collection

Job Responsibilities :

Analyze As-Is processes using PPI tools such as Value Stream Mapping & Process Mapping

Work with operational teams to recommend process changes or improvements

Report out findings and change proposals to functional leaders and stakeholders

Collect and define detailed business process system requirements which can be shared with IT

Collaborate with operational teams and IT on development and deployment of automation solutions

Lead cross functional & divisional standardization of processes through coordination of operational teams

Lead negotiation and alignment between functional and divisional teams

Synchronize improvement plans and solutions across teams within parallel value chains

Project Management for implementation of process changes as needed

Documentation and governance of To-Be processes

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree and above, minimum of 2 years of working experience

High business acumen and ability to quickly learn and adapt to change

Strong ownership and self-motivated, extremely passionate

Operational experience using ERP (SAP) and / or CRM (SFDC) software

Process oriented, with strong analytical capability and problem solving skills

Comfortable dealing with a high level of ambiguity

Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and influence across multiple functional teams

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Good command of English & Mandarin

Proficient use of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge and experience in one of the following functions :

Commercial Operations

Customer Service

Project Management Experience

Experience using PPI or other continuous improvement tools

Basic understanding or experience using database / workflow technology

Eligibility Requirements :

Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
