Your Role This position will drive key account strategies for Greater China. The main focus is to adapt global Industrial strategies and objectives into corresponding business plans, and develop the next generation of key account talents.
Your Responsibilities Support the development of global Industrial value propositions such as innovative services and products and develop solutions with the key account teamsDrive RFQs for assigned customers and work closely with global business development groups and pricing teams to produce competitive and compelling offersBuild and strengthen strategic relationships within customer organizations in order to maximize opportunities Ensure a continuous pipeline of key accounts to qualify under our corporate partner programConduct regular and structured reviews whilst introducing processes for innovation and continuous improvementEncourage knowledge sharing within the key account management team via marketing materials, industry communities and workshops Your Skills and Experiences To be considered, you should have over 8 years of sales experience in freight forwarding and logistics, and a proven track record in people management.
You are an excellent team player, good with numbers and have a strong business network in Greater China. Regional and international travel may be expected.
