What You Will Do

  • The Plant Manager is responsible for the planning, production, maintenance, warehousing, inventory management and quality departments of the plant.
  • To manage a plant with low assets (equipment and inventory), good customer service (designed for flexibility), providing high quality products (meeting customer expectations), and the minimum required organization (frugal in its attitude) striving for excellence.
  • To be responsible for the supply of products as defined in the annual budgets.
  • To be accountable for the production, and quality of all products required by the company at a cost level that provides an advantage over competition.
  • To ensure that standards of quality and service are maintained and that inventory, capital equipment and human resources are used, maintained and developed in the most optimum manner.
  • Requirements

  • University Degree
  • Minimum ten years manufacturing related experience in MNC, proven work experience as a plant manager
  • Able to lead root cause analysis investigations
  • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
  • Multi-lingual proficient in English and the national language.
