This position reports to G. China Sales Process & Program manager. Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements.
Support G. China sales process optimization, sales program and compliance program to ensure compliance and efficiency of field processes.
Data analysis of different business request and provide business insights.
Sales order end to end process support and process optimization.
Attend business workshop and meetings on behalf of sales operation to have discussion with global team and other functions.
Coordinate with sales team to complete surveys from customer in compliance with company information disclosure policy.
Internal compliance monitoring and basic consultancy to business.
Risk assessment program implementation and follow up activity.
Expense training and consultancy to sales team.
Channel compliance frame setup and communication to channel team.
Lead and involve different project management, including : organize workshop to collect feedback, hold discussion, follow up and brainstorming session etc
Other activities related to sales team support.
