Strictly comply with Total policies about HSEQ and code of conduct
Build up Total MS China (including TLC, TPS, TFW) e-commerce strategy with support of affiliates, and make long term plan to achieved the aligned target
Develop e-commerce annual action plan and online selling mechanism (seasonality campaign, sales offer, cross channel / cross affiliates products sales offer), drive the agent / customers to achieve the sales targets and business objectives
Lead integrated TP daily management to control overall service quality, campaign execution, guarantee customer satisfaction and deliver sell-out turnover target
Lead to coordinate the cross-affiliates cross-selling to achieve sales target of volume and GMVC
Initiate and support affiliate on negotiation with TP selection through tender, and align sell-in target, facilitate sell-in order with each affiliate with no delay for stock and selling online.
Negotiate and daily interface with major online platforms (Tmall, JD, PDD) to maintain good relationship and allocate more resource to support Total E-commerce and O2O business
Price monitoring and performance benchmark with competitors and share to TLC AO RTM, TFW MKT, TPS MKT to balance the price conflict with offline channel.
Cooperate with affiliates to initiate sales activities, promotion plan and share plan / activities on monthly basis for further enhancement;
Cooperate with affiliates to ensure Harmonize with offline distribution channels to avoid creating conflicts; well design the online sales, take actions to improve customer experience for Total brand.
Cooperate with affiliates to ensure that stringent quality checks are duly implemented on any product sold in our digital stores
Collect information of so called big data , use the data and digital tools for precision segmentation, and smartly utilizing A&P budget with tailor-made sales plan and execution
Control the e-commerce A&P expenses within budget
Monitor e-commerce marketing trends, and major competitor online sales activities, timely upgrade e-commerce strategy and tactics.
Bachelor degree or above in business, marketing, or related disciplines
Rich knowledgeable in e-commerce, 5+ years managerial position in international company
Good marketing sense in e-commerce, understand online shopping customer behavior, able to identify the target segment of the online customers
Sound commercial skills; Able to initiate the business development strategy and tactics with good strategic thinking and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Result oriented, skillful in driving counterpart teams towards the business goals and with strong team spirit
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
Sound leadership quality, able to lead cross functional teams
Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin
