Job Summary : Key Responsibilities
Fulfill the customer agreement and to keep stable relationship with customer as client-related target and on the other hand execute the project in accordance with Time-Cost-Quality-Scope agreed during project planning phase as internal target.
Set up project plan and update the project status weekly, and follow the project milestone on schedule
Manage project risks and provide mitigation support and management
Provide transparent and open communications with China management
Work with PM’s in the USA on joint project management of contracts, accounts Receivables and customer communications
Work independently with stakeholders in supporting customers to support project requirements.
Perform sales & marketing activities that ensures attainment of company sales target and profitability, and provide risk review and oversight on new bids, proposals and projects.
Requirements : Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree
More than 5 years’ experience in the project execution and engineering, or in sales and tendering
Technical skills & knowledge required, and experience in hydraulic industry is preferred
Good communication skills
Willing to travel
Ability to speak and write English
